A Triathlon Ireland Race license or ODM (One Day Membership) is required for participation in this event. ODM can be purchased via the Triathlon Ireland website HERE. There will be no facility for on-the-day entries. You MUST present a valid Triathlon Ireland License or One Day Membership (ODM) at registration

- You must be turning at least 16 before the 31st of December 2024 to participate in the Sprint Triathlon
